27. Lions host the Titans for thanksgiving

I was torn between which Thanksgiving game to go. The Cowboys are hosting the Seahawks, the Eagles are hosting the Cardinals, but I chose the Lions who are hosting the Titans.

I was contemplating going to all three or at least two, but with flights on Thanksgiving day it would have been a risk. I chose the Lions for as much as it fits with my schedule as they do not have a Monday Night Football Slot. The Eagles have a MNF in week 15 and the Cowboys have a Monday Night back in week 2, which I am not going to, but I will be at the Cowboys for their saturday game in week 16.

I have always had a soft spot for the Lions as my cousin supports them. I worked at a summer camp in Michigan for three summers and went toa pre season game at the Silverdome and also went to the detroit Lions training camp with my campers. It was a great day out, we met players and got involved with fun activities. The Lions will be looking to get into the playoffs this year and they maybe tough to beat at home.

The Titans are a good side and Vince Young is getting better every year, so it will be an interesting battle!
